"I just completed my first year at James Madison University and loved it! I’m a biology major with minors in both pre-med and honors interdisciplinary studies. In the classroom, I was given many opportunities to take my learning one step further whether it was being able to create my own research projects or help other professors with theirs. I also got involved in Relay for Life and was able to help raise money for a cause that is very near and dear to my heart. I went to the JMU football games with my friends and loved cheering on the Dukes! Overall my first year was full of many memories and I can’t wait to go back this fall to make more! Go Dukes!"
