speak with . . .

  • one individual, who is not related to you, about completing a Recommendation Questionnaire on your behalf. Acceptable references include: teachers, administrators, counselors, community and religious leaders, employers, and mentors. Family members do not satisfy this requirement.

  • your guidance counselor, who will provide an official transcript on your behalf.


Make sure you have . . . 

  • your most recent standardized test score (choose one)

    • an official copy of your SAT or ACT report

    • a screenshot of your SAT or ACT score from CollegeBoard

  • a financial aid document (choose one)

    • the first page of your FASFA Student Aid Report containing your EFC (Estimated Family Contribution) and Annual Gross Family Income

    • your parent's or guardian's most recent 1040 tax statement (the first two pages) that contains their Adjusted Gross Income


It is the STUDENT'S responsibility to ensure that all recommendations, financial aid forms, and other materials are uploaded for review. Incomplete applications may not be reviewed.
